“We have reserved a limited number of rooms at the hotel. If you plan on attending the Sacramento Convention in October, make sure that you call the hotel and reserve a room right away. It is very important to reserve your room as early as possible to insure that you will have a room. We understand that health concerns may prevent you from reserving a room right away and other travel plans my prevent one from attending but a room may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the convention with out fee. So reserve your room early! You can always cancel.”
